Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduates or Undergraduates (Graduation not mandatory).
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in BPO / Customer Service.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
- Work Schedule: 6 days working per week with 1 rotational week off (Rotational Shifts).
- Language Requirement: Fluent Tamil (Mandatory) along with basic/average English communication skills.
Mandatory System & Broadband Requirements
Since this is a full-time Work From Home (WFH) role, candidates must possess their own desktop/laptop system matching the specifications below:
- Processor: Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or above.
- RAM: 8 GB or higher.
- Operating System: Windows 10 / Windows 10 Pro / Windows 11 / Windows 11 Pro.
- Internet Connection: Broadband / Wi-Fi with minimum 20 Mbps download & upload speed.
- Note: Government-provided laptops (e.g., Tamil Nadu Govt free laptops) are NOT eligible.
