2. Roles & Primary Responsibilities
- International Customer Engagement: Handle inbound or outbound voice interactions for global enterprise clients with professional spoken English.
- Query & Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot technical/service requests, and provide first-contact resolution (FCR).
- Process Compliance: Adhere to client-specific SLAs, quality assurance metrics, and internal security guidelines.
- CRM Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and call logs in enterprise database management software.
