💰 Pay Scale & Monthly Emoluments

🎓 Educational Qualification & Age Limit
1. Educational Qualifications (As of Oct 1, 2026)
Candidates must possess a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) in either Graduation or Post-Graduation:
- Generalist: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Finance: CA / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) along with Graduation or Post-Graduation.
- Legal: Graduate / Post Graduate in Law (LL.B / LL.M).
- Information Technology: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in CS/IT or MCA.
- Automobile Engineers: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Automobile Engineering or any engineering degree with a 1-year Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- Risk Engineers: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in any engineering stream (except IT & Automobile).
- Company Secretaries: ACS / FCS from ICSI + Graduation or Post Graduation.
- Agriculture: 4-year Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Biotechnology, or Agricultural Engineering.

Selection is conducted in three sequential phases:

- Phase–II: Main Examination (Online Test) – Objective and Descriptive test (includes a specialized/professional paper for Specialist disciplines).
- Phase–III: Interview – Conducted for candidates who qualify in Phase–II.
