2. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage real-time communications with external logistics partners (carriers, drivers, suppliers) and internal nodes (Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Last Mile hubs).
- Network Exception Handling: Track freight movements, identify transit delays or bottlenecks, and execute swift resolution workflows.
- Data Reporting & Metrics Analysis: Extract operational datasets using MS Excel to build ad hoc reports, analyze network failure trends, and present variance narratives during operational reviews.
- Systemic Escalations: Escalate information anomalies or delays to functional owners and drive follow-through until resolutions are delivered.
