About the Role
Accenture is hiring passionate Application Tech Support Practitioners to join their dynamic IT team in Bengaluru. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who are looking to grow in the IT Service Desk and Technical Support domain.
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you’ll act as the key bridge between clients and technical systems, ensuring high-quality performance, customer satisfaction, and seamless operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 (L1) Technical Support via voice, email, and chat.
- Assist users in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Log and track client interactions in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Support remote users and perform technical diagnostics using remote tools.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and maintain response quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Service Desk Management and Incident Management.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365), Active Directory, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and high call volumes.
Work Environment
- Support Type: Voice-based, with chat/email support as needed.
- Shifts: Rotational 24×7 support (9.5-hour shifts).
- Work Setup: Work from office (Bengaluru).
- Schedule: 5-day work week with weekly offs as per roster.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be open to working night shifts and weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Any stream).
- Experience: 0–2 years in IT Service Desk or Technical Support preferred.
