Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Wipro WILP 2025 FY26, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 10th & 12th Standard: Pass (Open school or distance education allowed)
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA in BCA or B.Sc
- Eligible B.Sc Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
- Backlogs: One backlog allowed at the time of Online Assessment (must be cleared by 6th semester)
- Mathematics Requirement: Core Mathematics as a subject during Graduation (Business/Applied Maths not valid)
- Gaps: Max 3 years of gap in education before graduation; no gap during graduation
- Age: 18 years or above
- Citizenship: Indian, PIO, OCI, Bhutan, or Nepal nationals with valid documents
Program Stipend & Benefits
WILP provides a structured stipend and bonuses to support candidates throughout the program:

Selection Process
The selection process for WILP 2025 FY26 includes multiple stages:
1️⃣ Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal: 20 questions – 20 mins
- Analytical: 20 questions – 20 mins
- Quantitative: 20 questions – 20 mins
- Written Communication Test – 20 mins
2️⃣ Voice Assessment
- Evaluation of communication and technical understanding
3️⃣ Business Discussion
- Discussion with business leaders to assess problem-solving and domain knowledge
Service Agreement: Selected candidates must serve 60 months, and the joining bonus is repayable on a pro-rata basis if leaving early.
Terms & Conditions
- Participation in WILP recruitment is at Wipro’s discretion.
- Wipro may withdraw offers for malpractice, fraud, or provisionally unmet conditions.
- Candidates are informed of results via email or other communication channels.
- Selected candidates must undergo pre-skilling training before receiving the final offer letter.

It is Wipro’s discretion to permit/limit the participation of each candidate in the Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) recruitment process.
After clearing the online assessment, candidates will have to go through a Voice assessment round. Candidates who clear the voice assessment round will go through business discussion round and selected candidates will be receiving the letter of intent (LOI) LOI accepted candidates will have to go through a pre-skilling training. Pre-skilling cleared candidates will be receiving the final offer letter.
Registration parameters and selection procedure belong solely to the discretion of Wipro. Wipro is not obligated to disclose any information at any stage of the selection process. Wipro also reserves the right to make an initial offer if the provisionally selected candidate does not meet certain conditions, which are a prerequisite for employment. Wipro also reserves the right to hold the candidate liable if he/she is found to be involved in any illegal activity, for example, Impersonation, fraud, production of illegal documents, etc.
Wipro will inform candidates about the results of the recruitment by individual e-mails or other means of communication provided by individual candidates.
Please note that at any stage, whether during your online test, interview process, and/or during pre-skilling training or upon joining the Company, if it is brought to our notice that you have indulged in malpractices or used illegal means to clear your online assessment, the Company shall withdraw or revoke the offer with immediate effect and we reserve our rights to take suitable action against you as we may deem fit.
